A quick update.

Happy Wednesday!  Here’s a quick update on what’s new with PEAK.

Join us for a free HIIT class at the YMCA for the April PEAK Around Town.  Cross your fingers for pretty weather, as the class will take place outside if weather permits!  Following the HIIT class, attendees will have an opportunity to learn more about programs offered by the YMCA.  All attendees who pre-register will receive a free gift from the YMCA.

We’re excited to welcome Zachariah Ballinger, author of The Hot Seat, to Kingsport for the next training in our professional development series.  Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about best practices helpful for successful job interviews.  This is a free training, but pre-registration is required.

In conjunction with the upcoming Downtown Kingsport Cleanup, PEAK will be hosting a Barking Lot cleanup from 10 AM to noon on Saturday, April 21.  Attendees will sand and paint benches and the trash can and assist with weeding.  Following the cleanup, we’ll head downtown for lunch as a group.

We’re very excited to share that we will be hosting a Gubernatorial Debate on Tuesday, May 22.  Click here for full details.
